"Syrian FM's revealed a graphic video that shows bodies mutilated, men being slaughtered and pictures of soldiers killed to indicate to “hidden side of Syria incidents that most media outlets refuses to show or published.” according to Minister al-Muallem comments at the press conference.
After streaming the video, Syria's FM apologizes for the horrifying video and says that he presents it to Arab league members who still deny the presence of armed groups."
"Minister al-Muallem asks “what did the AL do to stop the violence of the armed groups?” “Violence has to be stopped from both sides” he says. Syria FM al-Muallem re-invites all parts to the Syrian National Dialogue (regime one). “Our solution for the crisis in Syria was to have dialogue, while some Arab countries incited opposition not to take part in Syria. Syria Fm al-Muallem also says "Syria has a strategic reserve of basic agricultural needs which will be enough for Syria's population for 2 years".
In turn, Jonathan Miller from Channel4 asks Muallem: Your deputy Mekdad told me Syria will sign the protocol. Why did you cahnge your mind?
Syria FM al-Muallem answering C4 says "Not a single time the army used tank fire or warplanes… Only personal firearms."

He adds "new constitution will have no room for article 8 (Baath party leading the country)"
