Ahmad Yassin Taha from Tartous underlined in a statement to SANA that what has been broadcast is completely wrong, pointing out that the people of his area, as all Syrians, know very well the lies of these provocative channels.
Taha said that he received phone calls from his relatives who watched urgent news on 'his murder' on al-Arabia Channel, pointing out that the news said " the Syrian security assassinates the citizen Ahmad Yassin Taha in Banias," underlining that the Syrian got used to the fabricated and false news broadcast by al-Arabia and al-Jazeera Channels.
Taha narrated what happened last Thursday at 11.30 am when he was going to the Commercial Bank in Banias to withdraw his salary, saying that three gunmen suddenly got off a silver car kidnapped him, covered his head, put a sticker on his mouth and put him in the back seat.
"The kidnappers put me in a locked room after they stole my personal things and the identity card and they took my clothes off … after nine hours they gave me my ID back and took me in a car with my head covered to the back of Wahoud Gas Station… they threw me there after they phoned my wife's brother at 9.30 pm …My relatives found me unconscious so they took me to Banias Hospital where I gradually got better."
In a similar attempt, Al-Jazeera Channel exploited the murder of child Sari committed by terrorists in Homs last Monday in an attempt to stir religious and sectarian malice among the Syrians, a report refuted by the boy's mother in front of camera lens.
During her meeting with 30 Syrian, Lebanese, Chinese and European journalists in Kfarbehm, Hama, on Thursday, mother of the martyr said that she sacrificed her son for the sake of the Syrian people, hoping that bloodshed would stop in Syria.
